About

 "What country are you from?"

The most common question I receive from strangers. Perhaps it's my demeanor, perhaps it's my face, or maybe it's just a general air of foreignness I give off.

The truth is, I'm from this one; the USA. I grew up in a small, hippie meditation town in in Iowa. You could say I am the epitome of a granola baby. My childhood was organic, eclectic, and relatively peaceful. As the youngest of six kids, I pushed myself to catch up intellectually with my siblings from an early age. I'm also a bit of a goof, always trying to offer some silliness to family dinners.

I moved to New York City at the age of seventeen to study acting and screenwriting at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. After some time in the program there, I decided to make the leap the Los Angeles to chase opportunities in film.

I currently reside in Echo Park just up the hill from the lake. When I'm not working I enjoy writing while sitting on the grass, cooking yummy meals, sharing wine and laughter with friends, watching films, and cuddling with my sweet pup Buffy.

I'm here to create, collaborate, and work hard with people I admire.
